There are plenty of ways actually, but most of the time, you will need a connection betwen your PC and your phone.

  • RS232 cable. The older phone untis use this cable to connect your PC to your phone. It’s a serial cable and can be had for Php150 to Php300 in Greenhills or other phone shops.
  • IR-to-PC cable. If your phone has an Infrared port, you can go get an IR-to-PC cable. It’s a little slow though. Each generation of cellphone have type each and other. As like the sample for N-Gage i have using DKU 2.0 and its not support with my Nokia 6610, because this one have using DKU 1.5 for cable type
  • Bluetooth. As i have give some info to you before about this application. I want to give some state that this application is very good to transfer data from pc to your cellphone too. This is the latest option but still rarely used. You can buy a USB bluetooth dongle connected to your PC’s USB drive and just enable bluetooth connection on your phone. Radius is around 5 feet.
  • USB port. Some newer models of phones have a built-in USB port. pricey though.
  • Mobile Network. You mobile network company offers ringtones and other MMS items for a flat fee. You can subsribe to that to get the latest tones and downloads. MMS costs about Php5 to Php25 per download.

With all the PC to phone connection, you will need to install a phone manager like the Nokia PC Suite.
